Balance is a key attribute in a good coffee and the balance in this coffee is surprisingly high for a decaf. That makes it good both as a straight cup of decaf as well as blended with a caffeinated Colombian Supremo for a "half-caf"; beverage. Dry chocolate and nutty tones balance well with smooth caramel notes to produce a most enjoyable cup of coffee.
