So here it is, Dark(est) Matter.
A blend of deep satisfying excellent single origins from Sumatra and Sulawesi. Those would take the cake. But sometimes a cake just needs sprinkles. And sprinkles in this case come from a light touch of robusta from Guatemala.
And for those whose stomachs sometimes react badly to "acidity" in coffee, the nature of Indonesian coffee and processing make it one of the least acidic coffee regions you can get. So if you've steered clear of coffee for a while because of this, now may be a good time to revisit.
